2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be scheduled via mobile, WhatsApp or email.

• If you choose to schedule an appointment through our website, please be aware that appointment availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until confirmed by our office staff. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary.

• By making an appointment you agree to the cancellation policy in place a charge will be issued for missed appointments or appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the session time.

• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Class Bookings

• Classes must be booked in advance via the Studio 22 mobile, WhatsApp or email.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur penalties as per our booking policy.

4. Functional Movement and Pilates Training

• Functional Movement and Pilates Training sessions are subject to availability.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without compensation.

• Use of the services is at your own risk.

5. Health & Safety

• All patients must ensure they are medically fit to be treated or to participate in Functional Movement and Pilates Training.

• Studio 22 is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow trainer instructions.

6. Payment & Billing

• Payment must be made in accordance with your selected treatment or monthly package plan.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Studio 22 website, app, and promotional materials are the property of Studio 22.

• Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Studio22, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

  • (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website;

  • (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the website;

  • (iii) any content obtained from the website; and

  • (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

• While we aim to provide accurate information, Studio 22 Chiropractic is not liable for

  damages arising from website use, errors, or omissions.
